Description
Ham slicing knife, 25 cm (10″) blade, model 1566, from the 3 Claveles Forgé series, with a hot-forged blade in molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel, a semi-matte polished finish and a black POM (polyoxymethylene) handle riveted to the tang.
The bolster — the thickest area between blade and handle — shows the knife is forged and, through its weight, keeps the knife sitting optimally and securely in the hand, adding balance.
The handle, made of POM (polyoxymethylene), is highly resistant both mechanically and to abrasion, heat and knocks.
The full tang , or spine, gives it greater robustness, the blade being a single piece with the two handle scales riveted on.
This knife comes in a case and is dishwasher-safe.
