Description
Carving fork, 16 cm (6″) tines, model 1570, from the 3 Claveles Forgé series, hot-forged in molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel, with a semi-matte polished finish and a black POM (polyoxymethylene) handle riveted to the tang.
The bolster — the thickest area between blade and handle — shows it is forged and, through its weight, keeps the tool sitting optimally and securely in the hand, adding balance.
The handle, made of POM (polyoxymethylene), is highly resistant both mechanically and to abrasion, heat and knocks,
The full tang , or spine, gives it greater robustness, the blade being a single piece with the two handle scales riveted on.
This knife comes in its case and is dishwasher-safe.
