How to return a product that arrives in perfect condition but you decide not to keep

One downside of online shopping is that we can’t see the product until we receive it. Don’t worry, because you have up to 30 days to return something you don’t like. Please follow these steps:

1. Place the products you want to return in their original packaging. Important: the products must not have been used.
2. Send us a message at comercial @ cuchillalia.com with the following information:
   1. Products you’re going to return.
   2. The reason (this helps us improve product descriptions and their classification to reduce this type of case).
   3. Let us know if you’d like a refund or for us to exchange the products for other models.
3. Put the products well protected in a box.
4. We’ll get in touch with you to arrange the return.

Very important: shipping costs for this type of return are the customer’s responsibility.
