The KAI Shun DM-0908 is a 3-piece table cutlery set — a multipurpose knife, a fork and a cutlery stand — with Pakkawood handles and a stand made of the same wood. The knife blade is forged in 32-layer Damascus steel with a VG-MAX core running to the edge, the same premium steel as the celebrated KAI Shun knives.
