The main body of the ham holder is built in pure steel and is solid, minimalist and highly functional. The rotating head is also made of stainless steel and lets you rotate the ham on its axis. The ham-clamping screw and the grip points on the head provide a secure and powerful carving system.

The Primus hemisphere is made of polished aluminium and is the piece that holds the rollers and the eccentric lever to adjust the position of the ham holder and the ham. The hemisphere must be kept free of grease for optimal firmness.
