The Afinox Pectus X ham holder with white krion base is an impressive, lightweight, compact, strong, safe and highly functional ham-carving tool. The base is made of white krion and shaped like an X that folds down to take up the least possible space (10 cm wide). This ham holder is perfect for professional ham carvers, for travel and for home use, thanks to how easy it is to move from place to place.

The main body of the ham holder is built in pure steel and is solid, minimalist and highly functional. The rotating head is also made of stainless steel and lets you rotate the ham on its axis. The ham-clamping screw and the grip points on the head provide a secure and powerful carving system.

The Pectus hemisphere is made of stainless steel and is the piece we use to adjust the position of the ham holder and the ham. You can add the 360º rotating base to rotate the ham horizontally.
