Description
Folding Saigo S-HB2 ham holder stand with a 360-degree swivel head for quickly turning the ham, and a bamboo wood base chemically treated to make it more resistant to moisture, bacteria and other external agents. This base combines a lower wooden part with an upper stainless steel tray, where the ham rests. It also has 2 holes at the end to hold the ham knives.
The ham rests on a U-shaped spike, which prevents the piece from being pierced and so helps to preserve it.
Very easy to fold for more comfortable transport or storage. To carry it open, the two grooves on the sides of the base help. It stands on 4 non-slip feet, and comes in a suitcase-style box with a heavy-duty handle.
