General return conditions

At Cuchillalia we extend the 2-week period set by law for returning an online purchase to 30 days.

There are two types of return; depending on the case, they differ. Please check yours using the links below:

• When you receive an order in poor condition.
• When you find that what you bought isn’t exactly what you were looking for.
