Muy buen cuchillo relación calidad precio, la hoja es más ancha que la mayoría de los cocineros, esto te da más recorrido de corte y es perfecto para recoger los vegetales. El mango antideslizante lo hace muy cómodo para trabajar durante largo tiempo. Tal vez la única pega es la falta de alveolos.
