Si, son buenos cuchillos chuleteros y con filo liso, sin dientes. Esto, depende para quien, es una ventaja o un inconveniente. Al ser liso se pueden reafilar con facilidad. A los dentados les dura mucho más el filo, pero no se pueden reafilar.
