Description
Bread knife with a 25 cm blade, model 8286, from the Proflex line by 3 Claveles, with a stainless steel (molybdenum-vanadium) blade and a black PP (polypropylene) and ProFlex handle known for its high grip, which together with its ergonomic shape makes it very safe.
Also used for cleaning the rind of cured ham and for large fruit and vegetables.
