Cette huile \u00e9tait utilis\u00e9e il y a des si\u00e8cles pour le soin des c\u00e9l\u00e8bres \u00e9p\u00e9es japonaises.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, elle est utilis\u00e9e pour le soin du manche en bois de nos couteaux japonais et pour l&#8217;appliquer sur les lames de couteaux en aciers non inoxydables, prot\u00e9geant la surface contre la corrosion.
