The Arcos case is the perfect sweet spot in the range: with room for 8 knives, it holds a complete professional set without the bulk of the larger cases. This mat-style roll is specifically designed for mobile chefs who work in several locations, small-catering professionals who need to carry their essential kit, and sous-chefs who regularly move their tools between kitchens.

Made of tough 100% polyester with a roll-up mat construction, it combines adequate protection with optimal portability. Its 50 x 51 cm open dimensions give room to organise 8 knives of various sizes. Closed, it takes up just 50 x 13.5 cm, making it easy to carry and store. At only 580 g it is significantly lighter than equivalent rigid cases, reducing fatigue on longer journeys.

Why choose the Arcos case for 8 knives?

This case stands out for its balanced capacity: it holds the essential knives (chef, santoku, boning, slicer, ham, bread, peeler, sharpening steel) without carrying unnecessary weight and bulk. The inner pockets for cards, pens and accessories add practical functionality. We’ve checked that it takes every ham-carving knife on the market, including the Aries by A Pedra Das Meigas with its 30.5 cm blade, which fits perfectly, so you can carry even the longest professional ham knives with no trouble.

Mid-range capacity for maximum versatility

The mat-style build lets you roll the case up and store it in tight spaces when not in use. The 8 individual compartments keep each knife separate and protected in transit. The professional black colour with Arcos’s characteristic finish conveys quality. The 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects backs its durability.

Compatible with Arcos knives from the 2900, Riviera, Manhattan and Universal series. It also takes similar-length knives from other brands. Discover the full Arcos range.
