The Arcos knife case represents the maximum storage capacity in the brand’s professional case range. With room for 17 knives and a semi-rigid structure, it is specifically designed for hospitality professionals, cookery-school students who need to carry their full kit to classes, and chefs who work in several locations such as catering, consultancy or gastronomic events.

Made of tough 100% polyester with a semi-rigid build, it offers superior protection against knocks and scuffs in transit compared with roll-up mat-style cases. Its 52 x 92 cm open dimensions give exceptional room to organise a full professional kit. Closed, it folds down to a compact 52.5 x 21 x 6.5 cm (empty), making it easy to store when not in use. At 1,920 g it is sturdy without being too heavy for regular transport.

Why choose the Arcos case for 17 knives?

This case stands out for letting you organise a complete professional cutlery kit: chef’s knives of various sizes, santoku, boning knife, slicer, long ham knife, bread knife, tomato knife, paring knives, peelers, kitchen scissors, sharpening steel and other specialist knives. The multiple inner pockets for cards, pens and accessories turn it into a genuine mobile workstation. We’ve checked that it takes every ham-carving knife on the market, including the Aries by A Pedra Das Meigas with its 30.5 cm blade, which fits perfectly.

A semi-rigid case with professional organisation

The semi-rigid structure keeps the knives in position during transport, stopping them moving or touching each other. The 17 individual compartments keep each knife separate and protected. The professional black colour with Arcos’s characteristic finish conveys quality in any professional setting. Arcos’s 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects backs the product’s durability.

Compatible with the whole Arcos professional range, especially the 2900, Riviera, Manhattan, Universal and professional series. It also takes standard-size knives from other brands. Discover the full Arcos range.
