How to return a faulty or damaged product<\/h1>\n

If when receiving your order you find it’s in bad condition, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Take a photo of the products in bad condition.<\/li>\n
  2. Place them in the original packaging.<\/li>\n
  3. Send us an email at comercial @ cuchillalia.com attaching the photos, a brief explanation of the problem, your order number, and letting us know if you’d like a refund or for us to send you the faulty products again (at no extra cost).<\/li>\n
